Expansion provides access to a critical level of care in treating substance use disorder

KEARNEYSVILLE, WV — July 15, 2024 – Pyramid Healthcare announced today the addition of withdrawal management / detoxification services at its Mountaineer Detox & Residential Treatment Center in Kearneysville, WV.

Pyramid Healthcare now provides medically-supervised drug and alcohol withdrawal management for adults in a comfortable, non-hospital setting. With this service expansion, residents of West Virginia can now access detox services, often a critical first step in the recovery process. Following the initial detox period, clients can then step down to structured residential care for additional stabilization and treatment.
