Come join our Transportation Team supporting our clients with reliable transportation to/from treatment and supporting services! Located in Harford County, Maryland, our Joppa Inpatient program provides treatment paths for both men and women for substance use disorders, methamphetamine and other stimulant use, co-occurring disorders and has a methadone maintenance program for opioid addiction. Under a passionate leadership team, Pyramid Healthcare in Harford offers comprehensive behavioral healthcare for psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. defined by supportive environments that offer patients the strength they need to overcome life’s challenges and allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.
Meal reimbursement for each shift worked and you will be driving COMPANY VEHICLES ONLY!
Shifts available: 8am to 4pm Tuesday thru Saturday OR 10am to 6pm Tuesday thru Saturday
Pay range- $15hr-$16hr
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Transports patients to and from behavioral healthcare services
- Maintains a safe environment for patients, self, and co-workers
- Communicates to team, co-workers, and patients in a positive and professional manner
- Takes initiative to deliver the best customer service, even during times of stress
- Knowledgeable of all aspects and functionalities of the client transportation system
- Provides appropriate safety oversight and monitoring for all clients while in transport
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Preferred high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Active and Valid Drivers License
- PREFERRED: Prior experience in hospital or behavioral healthcare environment, patient care, and/or transportation is a plus.
