At Pyramid Healthcare at Martinsburg we will be specializing in Substance Use Disorder treatment. We have been in operations since 1999 and currently operate over 80 programs in 8 different states, offering a full continuum of high-quality behavioral health care for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and other behavioral health issues. Job Description:
• Prepares, cooks and serves food in accordance with established policies and procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe environment in the kitchen at all times.
• Complies with food safety standards and guidelines during all phases of food handling.
• Completes all required documentation including but not limited to food and equipment temperature logs.
• Washes and sanitizes dishes, utensils and equipment, and returns to proper storage areas as requested.
• Assists in assuring the proper receiving, rotating and storage of food and supplies.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Education, Experience:
Previous food service experience preferred, ServSafe Certification preferred
